We know parents have many questions when choosing childcare. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common queries about our services, fees, safety, and routines.
We are registered with Ofsted to care for children aged 0–11 years, covering early years (babies & toddlers), preschool, and out-of-school care such as breakfast and afterschool clubs.
Yes, we accept childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare, and 15/30 hours government funding where applicable. We also support parents using working tax credits.
We provide healthy snacks, breakfast, and freshly prepared meals depending on the session. Special dietary requirements and allergies are always considered — we maintain a nut-free environment.
We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Holiday care is also available for school-aged children (3–11 years) with both full-time and part-time options.
